Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide from our European warehouses, with the following shipping conditions:

- Europe: Free shipping on all orders.

- United States: Free shipping on all orders.

- Rest of the World:

- Orders over 150€: Free shipping.

- Orders under 150€: Flat shipping fee of 25€.

Please note: We do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Lebanon due to ongoing conflicts.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

- Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock.

- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that stock availability is indicated on each product page, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If your order is delayed, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Estimated Transit Times

Once shipped, the following delivery times apply:

- Europe: 1 business day.

- United States: 2 business days.

- Rest of the World: 2 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays) may impact delivery times. If you experience any delays, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. Additionally, while some products are in stock, many ESTHE pieces are made to order, which may also impact shipping times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s status in real time.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Peak Season Shipping

During high-demand periods, such as holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume. Please place your order early to avoid potential delays.
