We ship worldwide from our European warehouse, with the following shipping conditions:
- European Union (EU): Free shipping on all orders.
- United States*: Free shipping on all orders.
- United Kingdom*:
- Orders over £150: Free shipping.
- Orders under £150: Flat shipping fee of £25.
- Rest of the World*:
- Orders over 150€: Free shipping.
- Orders under 150€: Flat shipping fee of 25€.
* Free shipping refers to shipping costs only. Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are not included and may apply upon delivery.
Please note: We do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Libya due to ongoing conflicts and carrier restrictions.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note that stock availability is indicated on each product page, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If your order is delayed, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Once shipped, the following delivery times apply:
- European Union (EU): 1 business day.
- United States: 2 business days.
- Rest of the World: 2 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, local holidays).
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
Refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees does not constitute a valid reason for order cancellation or refund.
In many non-EU destinations, if a shipment is refused by the recipient, the parcel may be abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by customs authorities or the carrier, and may not be returned to us.
If the parcel is not physically returned to our warehouse, a refund cannot be issued.
If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us before refusing delivery and our team will review the case and assist accordingly.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to cancel or stop the shipment.
As of August 29, 2025, new U.S. import regulations have ended the previous de minimis exemption for shipments valued under $800. This means that all U.S. orders—regardless of value—may now be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures upon arrival. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.
Orders shipped from Greece to the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties due to the UK–EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. However, import VAT or clearance fees may still apply upon arrival, depending on the shipment value and current UK regulations. These charges are determined by HMRC and must be paid by the recipient before delivery. For more details, please refer to official UK Customs guidance.
Orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway may be subject to import VAT, customs handling fees, or local clearance charges upon arrival. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. As these countries are outside the EU customs zone, duties or VAT may apply regardless of order value. For more details, please refer to your national customs office.
Canadian imports may incur GST/HST, provincial taxes, and customs brokerage or handling fees, depending on the shipment value and local regulations. These charges are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and UPS upon entry. All such fees must be paid by the recipient before delivery. For current import rules, please refer to CBSA guidance.
Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand may be subject to local GST or import processing fees upon arrival, depending on shipment value and destination state. These charges are set by local customs authorities and must be covered by the recipient. Please consult the Australian Border Force or New Zealand Customs Service for the latest information.
While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays) may impact delivery times. If you experience any delays, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. Additionally, while some products are in stock, many ESTHÉ pieces are made to order, which may also impact shipping times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s status in real time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
During high-demand periods, such as holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume. Please place your order early to avoid potential delays.
