We ship worldwide from our European warehouse, with the following shipping conditions:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

- European Union (EU)<\/strong>: Free shipping on all orders.<\/p>\r\n

- United States*<\/strong>: Free shipping on all orders.<\/p>\r\n

- United Kingdom*<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

  - Orders over \u00a3150: Free shipping.<\/p>\r\n

  - Orders under \u00a3150: Flat shipping fee of \u00a325.<\/p>\r\n

- Rest of the World*<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

- Orders placed before 1:00 PM CET on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock.<\/p>\r\n

- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET or on weekends\/public holidays will be processed the following business day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

If the parcel is not physically returned to our warehouse, a refund cannot be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Order Cancellations After Dispatch<\/h5>\r\n

Shipments to the United States<\/h5>\r\n

As of August 29, 2025<\/strong>, new U.S. import regulations have ended the previous de minimis<\/em> exemption for shipments valued under $800. This means that all U.S. orders\u2014regardless of value\u2014may now be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures<\/strong> upon arrival. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Shipments to the United Kingdom (Post-Brexit)<\/h5>\r\n

Orders shipped from Greece to the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties due to the UK\u2013EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. However, import VAT or clearance fees may still apply upon arrival<\/strong>, depending on the shipment value and current UK regulations.
