Located near the Greek-Bulgarian borders, just 130km away or a two-hour drive from the network’s headquarters in Thessaloniki GR, Chariessa Fashion I was the family-owned manufacturing network’s first large-scale sewing factory.
Since its opening, the factory keeps boosting the city’s economy, offering career opportunities to the local community for almost twenty years now.

SMETA Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit
SMETA Social Corporate Responsibility Audit confirms that the factory has been successfully audited and is fully compliant with all the health & safety and labor (working conditions/working hours/wages etc.) standards and applicable laws.
Chariessa Fashion I SMETA certification is successfully renewed every year and is accessible to all clients upon request. Finally, all of ESTHÉ family-owned factories are monitoring and reporting their yearly environmental performance data on the Higg Index.
Code of conduct, family benefits and ties with the community:
Chariessa Fashion I employs only local population, while all employees have access to free everyday transport to and from work. Preschool kindergarten fees for employees children are covered by the factory administration, while all workers have an easy access to a company doctor. Large-scale employee appreciation events are organized yearly to celebrate the workforce and boost the staff morale.
