Please note that for hygiene and personalization reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized pieces are not eligible for return.
To begin your return, please complete our Returns Form. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back. Kindly include your order confirmation or invoice in the return package to ensure a smooth process.
After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and may select the carrier of their choice. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as ESTHE cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
We hold our products to the highest standards of quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer care team here, including details and photographs of the fault. We will prioritize replacing the item (subject to availability) or provide a full refund if a replacement is not feasible.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care is not considered a fault.
If you require a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures faster service and availability.
